Connect this fall for just 1 UAH (regular price starting from 250 UAH) + the first 3 months for just 1 UAH/month.

The only condition is to pay a deposit before connection in the amount of three monthly fees according to the chosen full tariff.

Main terms of the Promotion:

The promotion is valid for connection at all speeds up to 1000 Mbps if technically possible within the DOMONET coverage area, only for consumers - individuals residing in residential premises (apartments or private houses), and at the time of application submission, they have not had an active contract for Internet services from DOMONET at the specified address for the preceding 90 days before the application submission date.
Connection period for the Promotion: September 1, 2023 - November 30, 2023
The discount will apply for the first 3 months, including the month of connection. For subscribers joining during the period from September 01, 2023, to September 30, 2023, the transition to the regular tariff will occur from December 01, 2023, and for subscribers joining during the period from October 01, 2023, to October 31, 2023, the transition to the regular tariff will occur from January 01, 2024, for subscribers joining during the period from November 01, 2023, to November 30, 2023, the transition to the regular tariff will occur from February 01, 2024.
The promotion can be combined with the "Invite Friends" or "Easy Transition" promotion, provided the conditions of each promotion are met
The promotion is not compatible with the "Care Tariff" and other non-standard tariffs.

What is included in the service of connecting the optical fiber network DOMONET for 1 UAH for a private house:

Laying up to 200 meters of optical line on poles from the nearest provider's distribution point. For over 200 meters, the price for additional meters is 10 UAH/m.
Laying up to 30 meters of line on the subscriber's territory from the nearest pole and attaching the cable to the house.
Drilling one hole for cable entry into the house.
20 meters of UTP cable within the house without moving furniture.
Basic Internet setup on one PC connected directly by cable.
Installation of the subscriber's ONU BDCOM* terminal equipment in the premises (Equipment is not included in the service, the subscriber can purchase it at the full cost according to the price list or rent it for only 5 UAH/month.

* ONU BDCOM subscriber terminal – an electronic device with an optical port for connecting the optical fiber cable and an Ethernet port for connecting UTP cable (twisted pair).

What is included in the service of connecting the optical fiber network DOMONET for 1 UAH for an apartment:

Laying UTP or optical* cable to the apartment.
Up to 5 meters of optical cable within the apartment.*
Up to 20 meters of UTP cable within the subscriber's apartment (without attachment).
Direct network setup to the PC.
Additional materials and service work not included in the list of services for 1 UAH are paid separately by the subscriber.

How does the connection process work?

1) Technical Feasibility Check

Only customer service department employees can provide an answer regarding the possibility of connection after submitting an application on the website or through the Customer Service department phone.

2) Advance Payment

After confirming by the Customer Service department employees the technical feasibility (availability of Provider's equipment at the subscriber's address), the subscriber creates an account and a personal cabinet. No later than 8 hours before the connection time, the subscriber makes the payment, which consists of a one-time connection fee and the necessary prepayment according to the chosen tariff plan and Promotion.

3) Technician Visit and Internet/DOMONET Connection

The technician performs a series of Provider actions, which include laying network cable from the Provider's equipment to the subscriber's premises, providing the subscriber with up to 20 meters of network cable for self-laying within the subscriber's premises, and providing the subscriber with one port in the Provider's equipment.

If the possibility of connecting to the Internet/DOMONET network is not available at this stage, the Contract is considered not concluded, and the Provider returns the prepaid funds to the subscriber in accordance with the applicable legislation."
